न 02 ओड़हुल, जास्बंद, जासुन्दे के फूल ५० ग्राम, कनेर, बेर, नीम, और तुलसी, इन सभी की पत्तिया, लोकी और कद्दू के बीज सभी खस खस चन्दन का बुरादा, सभी १५ ग्राम,
न 03 निम्बू पुरे 10, काले तिल का तेल ५०० मिली ग्राम
विधि
न 01 चरण के सभी द्रव्यों को बारीक़ पीस कर १ लीटर पानी में डाल कर लोहे क बर्तन में उबाले जब तक पानी आधा लीटर न रह नजाये, अब न 02 चरण क सभी द्रव्यों की लुगदी बना कर १ १/४ लीटर पानी में डाल कर उबाले जब तक पानी २५० मिली लि. न रह जाये।
अब काले तिल का तेल बड़े बर्तन में लेकर इसमें न 01 और न 02 चरण क उबले हुए द्रव्य मिलादे, जब पूरा पानी जल जाये और बर्तन में सिर्फ तेल ही बचे तब उत्तर कर ठंडा करके अच्छी तरह से छान ले। इस विधि में सबसे बड़ी बात का ध्यान रखे इतना उबले की तेल में पानी नहीं बचना चाहिए और साथ ही इतना ज्यादा ना पकाये की तेल के गुण ही नष्ट हो जाए।
अगर युवा उम्र से ही इस तेल का उपयोग शुरू किया जाये तो कभी बालो की समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा.
