About Dhaat
Roadside quacks/and cheap porn books misguide people very strongly that white semen like secretion is very dangerous to health leading to impotence, weakness, memory loss, and even causing death. They tell it is dhatu (metal) that is coming out and is very important to retain in body, but actually most of the time it is prostatic gland secretion or Some time it is just precum.Which is being produced in high amount without any specific reason or may be due to prostatitis and very less commonly the actual semen, but it is still not a significant amount which can cause any significant health issue. In reality, there is some condition in which semen is lost frequently almost constantly and the person also feels extreme weakness, but more importantly to note it is very, very rare condition and a serious condition. To know this rare disease, one has to do various laboratory test to be sure.
In light of above, every person should watch these abnormal secretion and if persists for long time and bothersome then go to qualified and familiar doctor for investigation and treatments.
t happens only in India that male patients complain of passing or losing ‘Dhaat’ in urine. The word is used for passing whitish sticky substance in the urine. Few differentiate it from semen while majority of them consider it as a thinned out, water like semen.
Symptoms of DHAAT_
Many symptoms of BPH stem from obstruction of the urethra and gradual loss of bladder function, which results in incomplete emptying of the bladder. The symptoms of BPH vary, but the most common ones involve changes or problems with urination, such as:· Blood in the urine (i.e., hematuria), caused by straining to void
· Dribbling after voiding
· Feeling that the bladder has not emptied completely after urination
· Frequent urination, particularly at night (i.e., nocturia)
· Hesitant, interrupted, or weak urine stream caused by decreased force
· Leakage of urine (i.e., overflow incontinence)
· Pushing or straining to begin urination
· Recurrent, sudden, urgent need to urinate
· urgency and leaking or dribbling
The colourless lubricant secretion from Cowper’s glands is sometimes mistaken for the semen. It is the anxiety and fear about the loss of semen that causes harm, rather than the actual “loss” of it through nocturnal emission, masturbation, or intercouse. Palpitation, tremours, backache, weakness, disturbed sleep, sunken eyes, diminished concentration, etc. are the symptoms due to anxiety over the loss of the semen and not due to the loss of semen itself. This condition is called “Dhaat syndrome.” The only treatment is reassurance.
